Our New Northside Office

We are thrilled to announce that we have finished our move to a new office space as of December 20, 2024! Our new address is:

1320 City Center Drive, Suite 150, Carmel, Indiana 46032.  This is 3 blocks north from our former location.

Our other 2 locations remain open and serve patients as usual.


This move marks an exciting chapter for us, providing us with a modern and spacious environment to better serve you and enhance our operations. Our new office features greatly expanded exam room space, new technology and convenient access.  There is a private, covered exterior entrance on the southeast side of the building.  Ample parking is reserved for patients at the front of our office.  Additionally, there is a large covered parking garage, adjacent to the building, for your convenience.  The garage features charging stations for electric vehicles.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our new space and continuing to provide you with the excellent service you’ve come to expect.  Look for the silver awning!
